Love in First Class

I’m on a plane to Florida right now. My dad fell out of bed and he’s in the hospital.

Yesterday on the phone he told me that he loved me, my mom, my brother, his grandkids and my husband very much.

He’s 85 years old. I have no idea if he will regain his strength and health. I don’t know what the future holds for him.

I can only be sure of love.

As I was getting ready to begin my journey to Florida this morning (taking a car, bus, plane and cab), I decided to commit to loving in preparation for being of assistance to my parents.

I came up with this Ask and Receive positive intention:

I feel so much love for my family and everyone I meet.

And holy molely! Magical things happened today. I met a Chinese woman at the airport who was flying to China to see her family. The airline clerk noticed that her visa had expired.

I did a little Ho’oponopono (a Huna process) for the young woman and felt such tenderness toward her. I later saw her passing successfully through security. My heart jumped with joy.

Then as I boarded my plane, I felt warmth toward everyone I had eye contact with. As I was heading to my seat in the WAY back of the plane, right near the bathrooms, I was looking at the people relaxing in the First Class section and thinking, “Wow, wouldn’t it be just wonderful if I could fly First Class on this plane ride!” I felt (like in the movie The Secret) such enthusiasm and joy. I also experienced this special feeling of being, “in the flow.”

As I was walking past the First Class section, I noticed that there was one seat left. To my surprise, I was invited to sit there for NO extra charge instead of having to go all the way in the back. I replied with a BIG, “yes!” The plane was very full.

I felt gratitude, love and astonishment as I experienced flying First Class! I was served a hot tea immediately and a delicious lunch of Mediterranean salad. I felt so cared for and nurtured.

I knew that once I arrived in Florida, I would be very busy navigating this health crisis that my father and mother were experiencing and all that it entailed. So, I thoroughly enjoyed this respite.

Miracles can happen when we commit to opening up to love, and even after all these years of using Ask and Receive, and seeing the power of its transformation, I am still blown away when I find more areas in myself to open to loving.

Are you committed to loving? What is your unique positive statement?

I invite you to do this daily, just as you would in a meditation practice.

It literally took me one minute to do this.

Here is the Ask and Receive protocol:

There is a part of my being that already knows how to feel great love for my family and everyone I meet.

That part of my being is willing to inform the rest of me now.

It’s doing so now with grace and ease.

My mind, body and spirit are receiving this information.

Information transfer is now complete.

Now make the statement:

My body now knows how to feel great love for my family and everyone I meet.

Notice how it feels. Is there any part of you that pulls back? Is there any negative thought or judgment? If so, that is fine, you have just found another piece to heal.

Focus on any negativity and say:

There is a part of my being that already knows how to heal and release this sensation, what it represents and its point of entry.

That part of my being is willing to inform the rest of me now.

It’s doing so now with grace and ease.

My mind, body and spirit are receiving this information.

Information transfer is now complete.

Now make the statement again:

My body now knows how to feel great love for my family and everyone I meet.

When you notice positive feelings in your body after you say this statement like peace or calm, then you are done. If not, just repeat the process above.

I invite you to do this daily for a while and simply notice what happens.

Let me know how this works for you by posting your comments down below.

With Great Love and Gratitude,

Pam
